OWNER'S COMMENTS:
I have owned the boat privately since October 2012. A full hull check was done at that point. I have done everything personally in house since then, including a full hull scrape back to primer with new primer and antifoul in 2017. She normally comes out of the water annually for antifoul, anodes, polish etc although due to covid-19 we are 6 months behind this time – she is due as soon as we can gain access again.

She was coded in May of 2019, the next in water survey is due at the end of 2021, out of water every 5 years. The coding survey is far more in depth than a private one as paying passengers are being taken out on the water warranting greater scrutiny by the authorities.

The only work noted at the last out of water survey was 3 no. skin fittings require changing the next time she is out of the water.

I believe the sails are original, however I send them to Moatt sails for laundry and inspection/repair annually and anything that requires attention gets dealt with, by them. The spray hood is currently booked in for repair and is due to be completed soon.

The engine has approx. 500hrs on it. She fires up on the button without needing the glow plugs at any time of the year. It was last serviced in August 2020, the service was performed by me personally including oil, oil filter, fuel filter, impellor and a new fan belt.

As far as the alternator is concerned, I have no idea of the size, it charges the 3 domestic batteries in about half an hour maybe less while heating the water for the day, the lighting is all LED now so I can usually run the boat for a couple of days without even having to fire up the engine, depending how you use the boat of course.

There is no inverter fitted, I have a plug in 600w unit I take with me, but have never needed to use it. The control panel is set up for one so it would be very easy to fit.

Stern Gland – I haven’t had to replace it, inspected every year, doesn’t need servicing – just requires a bit of grease every year.

Keel bolts – At coding survey and checked visually every year and during the season when checking the bilge.

Batteries – 3 domestic and 1 engine start – Shield 110ah – changed in 2018.
1 x bow thruster – 90ah make unknown – age unknown.

Heating needs servicing now.

There is an invoice for the rigging, one is required for coding.

The winches were last serviced in 2018.

Domestic water pump replaced September 2020.
