The Jeanneau Fantasia has an open plan saloon layout and offers up to six berths in two cabins with approximately 5'11" headroom. Large wrap-around seating area with central table forward, offering two settee berths with a further small double V-berth forepeak. Galley to port with a 2-burner gas cooker with oven, stainless steel sink with manually pumped cold water supply, and storage. Forward-facing chart table to starboard with electrical distribution panel and useful storage areas. Aft cabin to port fitted with a double berth, opening and fixed portlights, seat, and hanging locker. Separate heads compartment aft to starboard fitted with a marine toilet, washbasin, and storage cupboard. Although not currently fitted, it would be possible to upgrade the water system to a pressurised hot and cold water supply via a calorifier due to the freshwater cooled replacement engine, and the heads could be converted to incorporate a shower if required. Blue velour upholstery with complimenting cushions. Teak and holly soleboards.
Jeanneau Fantasia 27 built by Jeanneau to a design by Phillippe Harle. White GRP hull (painted 2019), superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Cast iron fin keel. Keel removed & re-bedded with new studs/nuts in 2016. Tiller steering to transom hung rudder.

Located below companionway steps, Beta 14hp twin-cylinder engine (new 2012). Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. Stainless steel 27L fuel tank. Shaft drive (new 2012) to a fixed 3-bladed propeller (new 2012).
The engine was professionally installed, has run for approx. 200hrs since new, is serviced annually and is in very good cosmetic condition.
2 x 12v Batteries charged via engine alternator. Shorepower system with ring mains and battery charger. Electrical distribution panel with voltmeter and 12v and USB sockets.
